Monex Themed Environments will be transforming the interior of Snowfun Ski Resort by replicating the picturesque Swiss village of Zermatt, complete with a full size church steeple, utilized for abseiling.
Unique sound and lighting systems control the passing of time within the complex, creating the illusion of an early morning awakening of a ski village, gradually lighting up snow-topped mountains while church bells echo and a horse drawn sleigh delivers milk. In the same way the sky will darken for the evening, with smoke trailing from chimney tops and chalets aglow from within.

For one brief ecstatic moment you imagine yourself on holiday in the Swiss-Alps - stretches of pure white snow, charming chalets, ice skating and skiing. Don't let the dream go, because now the fun of an exhilarating escape to a snow-laden slope is brought to within your reach. Now it's your turn, take a deep breath and the lunge, flying down stretches of pristine snow. With skis that slide smoothly and effortlessly, you conquer your first slope - and, immediately you head for the travelator which takes you back to the top of the slope for more.

The chairman of Snowfun Developments, the developers of the Snowfun Ski Resort, has 23 years of development experience in South Africa. His 32 successfully completed developments are currently valued at R750 million.

All money received will be deposited in the Attorney's, (the VGV Group), trust account and a reputable internationally known auditing firm, will oversee the financial security of the debentures and correct utilisation of the funds in accordance with the Companies Act and the Architects and Quantity Surveyors certifications.

Maas & Coetzee are the appointed Architects and the village theme of Zermatt will be built by Monex Themed Environments. The Quantity Surveyors are the internationally renowned firm CP de Leeuw Walden and Colussi.
